Hello Everyone :)  I am so excited to be representing New Zealand at the ITTF Oceania Championships & Cup!  Fiji is a special place because my first ever national representation (junior) was actually at exactly the same event, and same location!!  And I'm going to try something different with this tournament and the blog post...  I will update everything just onto this blog post, instead of separate blog posts with "Day 1", "Day 2".   I think it might be easier to read months after the tournament has completed :)  If you prefer the "Day 1 Day 2" style just let me know :)

Day 1 results:

NZ v Fiji 3-0
NZ v AUS 0- 3

played good yesterday! Love the warm weather in Fiji! :D My match was really tough against Vivian and was a bit disappointed against Miao as was 1-1 and was up 9-5 in the 3rd set but lost ... :'( But will get to play Australia again in the final if we win both our teams matches today :) looking forward to the challenge!

In the past when I represented New Zealand at international tournaments I never stayed behind and travel around the country... But this time I decided I have to visit the Fiji Islands and enjoy the warm weather!  It was a holiday well deserved after months of training and the competition!
